CapriPay Personal Account

CapriPay digital wallet helps protect your assets by placing your coins in cold storage and yet allowing you instant access. CapriPay allows anyone to store and send Capricoins to anyone with a CapriPay account.
Amongst many benefits provided by CapriPay, we also let you earn with Cashback on purchases from participating merchants.

Your coin balance is displayed on the top of the screen in CPC, and in a secondary currency of your choosing (USD, EUR, NOK, etc).

The exchange rate is shown on the worldcoinindex.com website, where all the official cryptocurrencies are listed. You can search for Capricoin and see the reference value in Euros and Dollars.

The value of the cryptocurrency is determined by the market.
To open a personal account all you need is to choose a username, a password and a secret password to access and manage your account. You will also need to provide your full name and a date of birth for security reasons, as well as your e-mail and mobile number for notifications.

Note: Your username will be used as your login and as your account address for member-to-member transactions.


To send coins to another member in CapriPay you should go to Send Coins page. There you can enter the receiver’s username (or pick from your existing contacts), enter the amount in CPC, including an optional comment for the transaction, and confirm the transaction by entering your secret password.

The transaction will be processed instantly.

Be careful of the address, and amount of coins that you send – coin transactions are not reversible!
To withdraw your coins (CPC) to an external Capricoin wallet such as Capricoin Desktop Wallet or a Crypto currency exchange, go to Send Coins page.

There you should chose the option to Withdraw, then enter the amount and the Capricoin crypto wallet address to which you wish to withdraw your coins to, and confirm the process by providing your secret password.

All CPC withdrawals are processed within 48 business hours.

To receive coins (CPC) from a CapriPay member, you need to provide your account username. Your account username is your address.

You can also request CPC by sharing your user QR code with another member. To do so go to Receive Coins page. There you will see a pre-generated QR code containing your account address.

You can edit this code by adding an amount and/or a comment. Then the code can be:

1. Scanned directly from the screen

2. Sent as an SMS

3. Sent by e-mail

4. Saved as an image, printed out or sent to another member via social media.

 To invite a new member to CapriPay you can share your invitation link with him, or give a coin voucher.

Using the link or the voucher on the registration page the user will automatically join your CapriPay cashback team.

Your invitation link is located in the top left corner of your account’s home page.

A coin voucher is a set amount of coins stored in a form of a code (e.g. N38CPS393NDS3).

Vouchers can be redeemed by a new member (during registration) or by an existing member (in the back office).

By redeeming a voucher, the new member will not only receive the coins, but will also join the cashback team of the voucher’s creator.

By redeeming a voucher, the existing member will receive the coins stored in the voucher.

To create a voucher, go to Voucher page. There you can enter a voucher value in CPC, select how many vouchers of that value you wish to create, and confirm the process by entering your secret password.

Once a new voucher is created - it will appear in the “New” section. A new voucher code can be shared with an existing or future members through SMS, e-mail or by copying the link.

When a voucher is created, the amount is deducted from the issuer’s account. If a voucher is not used it will automatically expire in 3 days, and the coins will return to its sender.

If you wish to redeem a self-created voucher or the one you received from another member, you can do so by going to the Voucher page, then entering the code in the Redeem Voucher field and clicking Redeem.

This will display additional voucher details (amount, creator, etc.), and allow you to redeem it or cancel.

Redeeming a voucher is an instant process, so coins will be added instantly.

Shopping Online

When you shop online and chose an option to pay with CapriPay, you will be redirected to the CapriPay payment page.

There you will see your order details, such as merchant information, order price, cashback percentage, description, etc.

After reviewing your order, you can complete the payment by (1) either login in to your CapriPay account, or (2) by scanning the QR code and completing the payment with your CapriPay mobile application.

Shopping Locally

When you shop with local CapriPay merchants, the merchants will create the order, and give you the order QR code to scan.

New: Some merchants will allow customers to pay in cash and still receive cashback directly to their account or email. Ask your local merchant for this option.

Cashback is a loyalty program designed to reward customers who shop with their preferred merchants.

Each merchant decides how much cashback they want to give back to their customer base.

The Total Cashback that is given out by the CapriPay merchants consists of Personal Cashback and Promo Cashback.

Personal Cashback (75%) is what you as a customer get every time you make a purchase with a CapriPay merchant. That is the cashback percentage that you would see when you are browsing through the list of verified CapriPay merchants.

Promo Cashback is the other part of the total Cashback portion that a CapriPay Merchant is giving out. The Promo Cashback is equally divided between the two above standing cashback team members from the customer and merchant side.

In effect whenever a transaction is made the cashback is paid out to 5 CapriPay members:

- Customer (75% of the cashback - Personal Cashback)

- C1 - Member who invited the customer (Promo Cashaback)

- C2 - Member who invited C1 (Promo Cashaback)

- M1 – Member who invited the merchant (Promo Cashaback)

- M2 - Member who invited the M1 (Promo Cashaback)

Cashback is calculated and distributed between the members of the cashback team as soon as the merchant order is paid by the customer. But it only becomes available to spend after an escrow period (from 1 to 14 days).

All the cashback that you receive can be found on the Cashback page. There you can also view additional cashback details, like what shop did it come from, how many coins did you get and when will they become available.

Your cashback team consists of all the members (personal and business accounts) that you invited to CapriPay, and those that were invited by them.

Every time a member from your cashback team makes a purchase in the CapriPay system, you will receive a portion of the Promo Cashback.

This means that the bigger your cashback team is, and the more they shop with CapriPay, the more cashback you will get.

To grow your cashback team, you can invite more friends to CapriPay by using your invitation link or coin vouchers.

Account verification for personal wallets is not a mandatory requirement, but we do recommend that all the members complete the verification process to ensure the ownership of their accounts therefore enabling higher security.

Verifying an account will also allow to lift overall transaction limitations.

Upgrading from Personal wallet to Merchant wallet is an easy and free process. Go to Your Account page, press Upgrade to Merchant (next to the username), and complete the form.

After completing the form, your account will be upgraded to Merchant account. You will receive an e-mail with further instructions on how to become verified, and begin processing payments.
